Ms. Zerena Adella Mohamed

Zerena Adella Mohamed was born on the blessed day of April 27 1982 into an extended family with four wonderful sisters, one handsome brother and an adorable niece. At 5.9” she believes in taking time by the forelock and you can achieve what ever goal you set in life if you aim high and work hard. 

Her genuine love and care for others has aspired Ms. Mohamed to become a registered nurse.  Now that she has accomplished this goal with hard work and determination, she still feels the need to go further and pursue a career in medicine.

Zerena’s leisure time is when spent playing video games, pools, listening to music and playing with her dogs. She is a great fan of West Indies cricket.  “I love knitting, sewing my working uniforms and even attempt to fix the VCR and iron when they are broken. Yes! The house is still standing.” 

Ms. Mohamed said she never thought seriously about entering into a Beauty pageant but after being approached by friends and even strangers to Miss Guyana pageant, she decided to take up the challenge. A very ambitious, hard working young woman who believes she is confident enough to win and stated how very grateful she is to the Miss Guyana World Organization for presenting her with this opportunity to explore and represent Guyana. “I am looking forward for your support.”
